Mr. Bill Steltenpohl comes to Atkinson County with 28 years of teaching service. He was raised in Lowndes County and attended Lowndes County High School. He was a member of the Ga. Bridgemen. He attended Valdosta Sate University and graduated with B.S. in Music Education.
Bill Steltenpohl has been a Band Director for over 28 years. His hometown is Valdosta Georgia and graduated from Lowneds High School in 1984. He went to College and recieved a B,S. in Music Education at Valdosta State University. His main instrument he plays is Trumpet. He has played with many Proffessional groups over the years. He is very happy to be the Band Director at Atkinson County High School and hopes to build a quality program Atkinson County can be proud of for years to come.
